Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If there’s an issue, let us know and we will make it right.

Errors or Damaged Product:
- If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, we’ll replace it for free.

- Contact us within 14 days of delivery for all returns or exchanges.

Returns:
- We offer two options for returns.
- All items must be unworn and unwashed with no stains, odors, or pet hair.

Store credit:
- Receive a full store credit for the product’s purchase price minus shipping costs.
- Valid for one year and can be used site wide.
- Customer covers return shipping costs.

Refund to original payment:
- A $5.00-$15.00 service/restocking fee applies per item.
- Customer covers return shipping costs.
- A full refund (minus service/restocking fee and shipping cost) will be issued to the original payment method.

- Exchanges must be for the same product in a different size.
- Customers cover return the shipping cost and new shipping cost of new item.
- No service/restocking fee applies.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale and items discounted more than 30% off
- Personalized items
- Stickers, Accessories, and hats/headwear
- Shipping Costs: Non-refundable. Return labels provided, but the cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Order Process:
Once your order is placed, it is sent to an automated production facility to ensure our customers get their orders as soon as possible. Unfortunately because of this automated process, any requests to change/cancel an order is no longer available after your order is processed.
